I am a proud mother of four daughters and grandmother of six, and my family is at the heart of everything I do. Those experiences have shaped my approach to business, leading me to create a family-oriented culture within Elite Practice Management Solutions where every client is treated with care, respect, and genuine support.
I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW). This combination allows me to bring both a strong business foundation and a deeper understanding of people, care systems, and the unique needs of healthcare providers. My background in medical billing, revenue cycle management, and healthcare operations has given me hands-on experience navigating the complexities of insurance, claims, and compliance, while also understanding the human side of the work.
